Privacy Policy

At Previns, we value your privacy and protect your personal information with care. We collect details such as your name, contact information, delivery address and payment details (handled securely by third parties) to process orders, provide support and improve our services. Non-personal data, including website usage, may also be gathered through cookies to enhance your experience. We never sell your information, and only share limited details with trusted partners like couriers or payment providers to fulfil your order. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time, and can unsubscribe from marketing communications whenever you wish. Shipping Policy

At Previns, we take great care to ensure your order reaches your UK address within 7 working days of receipt. While we aim to dispatch promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, meaning we cannot guarantee exact dates or accept responsibility for unforeseen delays. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a trusted courier, and although we select our delivery partners carefully, we are not liable for any service disruptions once your order has been handed over. Should any issues arise, we will notify you as soon as possible. UK delivery is charged at £4.99, with free delivery available on orders over £40.

Returns and Refunds

You may return unopened goods within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in suitable condition, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If items are returned in an unsatisfactory state, we reserve the right to decline a refund. Should you wish to cancel your order, you are responsible for returning the goods to us securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged, and original delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are defective. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. If so, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order by calling 0116 226 0482 or emailing info@previns.co.uk. Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and will be happy to assist you with your cancellation request.
