All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or a trusted courier, and although we select our delivery partners carefully, we are not liable for any service disruptions once your order has been handed over. Should any issues arise, we will notify you as soon as possible. UK delivery is charged at £4.99, with free delivery available on orders over £40.

    Returns and Refunds

    You may return unopened goods within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in suitable condition, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method. If items are returned in an unsatisfactory state, we reserve the right to decline a refund. Should you wish to cancel your order, you are responsible for returning the goods to us securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Please note that return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged, and original delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please return it to Previns Limited, Unit A1, Bridge Park Road, Bridge Industrial Estate, Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 8BL.

    Cancellations
